After all, what actor or actress hasn't forgotten or fluffed a line, fallen down or made some other mistake while filming a show or movie? Hosts Clark and McMahon introduced the clips, usually grouped by subject or popular prime-time/syndicated show. While many outtakes were from soap operas, popular prime-time shows and current movies, anything was fair game even documentary programs about animals (usually where the animals wouldn't perform or behave or did their "thing" at the wrong time) and clips from local newscasts were fair game. Bloopers is a look into the lives of people who have had hilarious mishaps and super funny mistakes.

Darya a ballerina working for a prestigious Russian dance company decides to immigrate to Canada. Once there, she finds it hard to adapt, since she barely speaks English.

During the Nazi occupation of Belgium during World War II, a Belgian resistance group revives the newspaper "La Libre Belgique" to expose and counter Nazi propaganda efforts to deceive the people. They are so effective that the Nazis offer a reward for the capture of the paper's staff, although they don't know their identities. One of them is a well-known entertainer, and when his jealous partner hears of the reward, he turns him in. The paper's publishers escape capture, but their staff doesn't. The paper's founders must find not only a way to keep from getting captured by the Nazis but keep their newspaper going and get their staff released.
